SILA PARIS is a French brand of jewelry and watches. We market our products through our website, which we manage.
Thanks to the interchangeability and versatility of our products, we are convinced that you will find your ideal gift.
Nevertheless, it is possible that you have already placed your order with SILA PARIS and that, in the end, the product you received no longer suits you. To remedy this, we've outlined the store's returns, refunds and exchanges procedure.
SILA PARIS' policy is based on a "satisfied or your money back" guarantee. You have 15 days from receipt of your order to retract and return your products. (Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code).
To be eligible for return, items must be new, i.e. unworn and in their original packaging.
Our procedure is simple: you send us an e-mail to hello@sila-paris.com, and we acknowledge receipt of your request by e-mail. We can also arrange exchanges. Don't forget to mention this in your e-mail.
Please note that in the event of a return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We leave it up to you to choose your shipping method.

Upon receipt of your return at the SILA PARIS warehouse, you will receive your refund within 3 working days, using the same payment method you used for your payment. Please note that the refund may take a few days to be credited to your account, depending on your financial intermediary.
As only the payment method used by the person who ordered the product can be credited back, only this person can request a refund via the Site's returns procedure. The customer who purchased the gift must then follow the returns procedure set out below.
