Order preparation and shipping

At SILA all your orders are gifts!

Thus, there is no gift wrapping option, all your
orders are prepared "ready to offer".

Tissue paper, a pretty bag, a box or boxes
with pretty ribbons.

You will not have an invoice with the prices, only a voucher
of packing.

Order preparation time

All your orders are prepared in France.

We prepare your orders between 24 and 48 hours (working days) maximum,
after your payment.

During high order periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day,
mothers), exceptionally, we may need 72 hours (days
working hours) maximum.

Delivery delay:

For France: You now have 3 shipping options.

Colissimo (La Poste) Orders are sent by Colissimo
domicile with signature,

Mondial Relay : Your orders are placed in the Mondial network
Relay, with delivery to the relay point of your choice (Please note the choice of
relay point appears after payment).

You're in a rush ? At Sila, we understand you… So we
also offers Chronopost delivery before 1 p.m. and we will do everything to ensure that your
order is given priority.

For Europe and other countries: we have partners
specific to each destination. We do our best to ensure that you receive your
package quickly. But there are risks associated with the operations of
clearance.
