orders are prepared "ready to offer".

You will not have an invoice with the prices, only a voucher
of packing.

All your orders are prepared in France.

We prepare your orders between 24 and 48 hours (working days) maximum,
after your payment.

During high order periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day,
mothers), exceptionally, we may need 72 hours (days
working hours) maximum.

For France: You now have 3 shipping options.

Colissimo (La Poste) Orders are sent by Colissimo
home with signature,

Mondial Relay and SHOP2SHOP : Your orders are placed in the Mondial network
Relay or SHOP2SHOP relay points.

The choice of relay point is made after payment on the dedicated page.

Are you in a hurry? At Sila, we understand, since being late is part of our DNA...

So we also offer 72-hour delivery with our partner Chronopost . In concrete terms, your order is processed as a priority (within 24 working hours) and we forward it to Chronopost, which will deliver it to you before 6 p.m. the next day. You should receive your delivery within 72 hours.

For Europe and other countries: we have partners
specific to each destination. We do our best to ensure that you receive your
parcels quickly. But there are hazards related to the operations of
clearance.
